How do I make a purchase?
Use the header menu to click ‘shop’.
Do I need to create an account to shop with Harris Tapper?
Yes, you will need to create an account with us. This allows you to:
- Request a return or exchange directly from your account.
- Track an order and review purchases.
- Save your address and credit card details to shop even quicker next time.
Is my personal information kept private?
Please be assured that we consider all your information you share with us to be private and confidential. At no point will we rent or sell your personal information without your consent.
When will I receive my order?
Orders shipped using our delivery partner, Urgent Couriers, are delivered Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. For security reasons, all orders must be signed for upon delivery. For tracking, please contact customercare@harristapper.com.
Will I have to pay duty for international orders?
Yes, duties are charged upon entering your country.
How do I return an item?
You have up to 7 days to return an item, by sending back to head office address. Please contact customer care regarding returns customercare@harristapper.com.
