Shipping Notes
We are unable to ship to PO Box address, please provide a physical daytime residential or business delivery address.
Orders placed on Friday after 10am or over the weekend will be processed for delivery on the following Monday.
You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.
All orders require a signature upon delivery.
Although we endeavour to deliver within the advised time frame, please note during public holidays, sale periods and unforeseen circumstances, your purchase may take longer to arrive.

If for whatever reason you are dissatisfied with your order we will honour a full refund, credit or exchange for the items that are shipped back to us within 10 days of receipt, in the original condition, with tags attached. Please be aware if items are shipped back outside of this period we are unable to accept these.
Refunds for all transactions will be issued to the original form of payment. Items purchased on sale are Final Sale and therefore not eligible for refund or exchange. Kindly note that any postage costs will not be refunded and postage for returns will not be covered, unless the item purchased was incorrect or faulty.
Please note, we only process returns that were purchased via harristapper.com. Garments purchased from department stores or speciality stores must be returned to the store in which it was purchased.
If an item received is classified as faulty and was received damaged, will honour a full refund, repair, credit or exchange for items that are shipped back to us within 10 days of receipt, in the original condition, with tags attached. Country of Manufacture and Code of Conduct
All of our suppliers are required to sign our Code of Conduct, based off the ETI (Ethical Trading Initiative) global code of conduct, ensuring all practices adhere to global ethical standards set by the ETI. Three out of our four suppliers are based in China. These partners have either Sedex and BSCI Certifications (or both); these are global trade audits. The fourth supplier is based in New Zealand and is 10 minutes from our studio, so we have high visibility of working conditions and we visit often.

Payment Terms
Harris Tapper pre-ordering requires a 100% payment upfront via harristapper.com. Harris Tapper will despatch your order as soon as it's ready to the address specified at the time of pre-order.

Cancellation
Harris Tapper reserve the right to cancel styles at any point. In the rare case of this happening we will refund you using the same form of payment.

Personal Information and Privacy
Personal information is only collected if necessary in order to ship purchases (address, contact information). Subscriber information may be shared with third parties who perform ad measurement services on Harris Tapper’s behalf (such as advertising and email communication), to gain an understanding of our customers in order to improve our services and offering. Upon sign up subscribers consent for such sharing and use where consent is legally required.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders shipped between Monday to Friday. For security reasons, all orders must be signed for upon delivery. New Zealand orders are shipped via NZ Post. All international orders are shipped via DHL. Further information can be found in the Shipping tab in the Customer Service menu.
Duty and Taxes
All orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid) basis. Each country imposes different levies depending on their import laws. All harristapper.com items are shipped from New Zealand so it's best to check the import fees you may face directly with a local customs broker when purchasing, as this varies between country and purchase value.
Order Cancellations
Prior to shipment, orders can be cancelled for store credit only. Once orders are received, standard return policy applies.
Returns
You have up to 10 days to return an item. Please contact customer care regarding returns customercare@harristapper.com. Further returns information can be found via the Returns tab in the Customer Service menu.
SMS Terms of Service
The Harris Tapper mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Harris Tapper (“Harris Tapper”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Harris Tapper’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Harris Tapper through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Promotional messages may include promotions, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Harris Tapper. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to Harris Tapper or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Harris Tapper mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
