We hope you are delighted with your purchase. If for whatever reason you are dissatisfied with your order we will honour a full refund, credit or exchange for items returned within 7 days of receipt, in its original condition, with tags attached. Refunds for all transactions will be issued to the original form of payment. Items purchased on sale are Final Sale and therefore not eligible for refund or exchange. Kindly note that any return postage costs will not be refunded, unless the item purchased was incorrect or faulty.

Please note, we only process returns that were purchased via Garments purchased from department stores or speciality stores must be returned to the store in which it was purchased.

If an item received is classified as faulty and was received damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will arrange an exchange, credit or full refund.
