We hope you are delighted with your purchase. If for whatever reason you are dissatisfied with your order we will honour a full refund, credit or exchange for items that are shipped back to us within 10 days of receipt, in the original condition, with tags attached. Please be aware if items are shipped back outside of this period we are unable to accept these.

Refunds for all transactions will be issued to the original form of payment. Items purchased on sale are Final Sale and therefore not eligible for refund or exchange. Kindly note that any postage costs will not be refunded, unless the item purchased was incorrect or faulty.

Please note, we only process returns that were purchased via harristapper.com. Garments purchased from department stores or speciality stores must be returned to the store in which it was purchased.

If an item received is classified as faulty and was received damaged, will honour a full refund, repair, credit or exchange for items that are shipped back to us within 10 days of receipt, in the original condition, with tags attached. Please be aware if items are shipped back outside of this period we are unable to accept these.
